Role Overview:
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of capital medical equipment related to endoscopy and colonoscopy within the assigned region. The role involves business development, key account management, and relationship building with hospitals and surgeons.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales and revenue targets for endoscopy and colonoscopy equipment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, hospital procurement teams, and distributors.
Conduct product demonstrations and support installations in coordination with service and clinical teams.
Identify and develop new business opportunities across government and private hospitals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities; provide actionable feedback to management.
Ensure timely payment collections and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile:
Experience: 4–10 years in medical device capital equipment sales (preferably Endoscopy / Surgical / OT equipment).
Qualification: Graduate in Science, Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field; MBA preferred.
