Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and target-driven AIDC Sales Manager to lead

business development and sales growth in the AIDC domain across major metro

cities in India. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of selling

solutions like barcode scanners, thermal printers, handheld terminals, RFID,

mobility solutions, and IoT-enabled devices. The role requires strategic hunting,

client acquisition, and account management capabilities, along with the ability to

meet annual revenue goals of 35 Cr.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end sales for AIDC products and IoT solutions across enterprise

and mid-size clients.

  • Identify and onboard new customers across manufacturing, logistics, retail,

pharma, and other relevant sectors.

  • Meet and exceed annual revenue targets of 35 Cr through direct sales and

channel partnerships.

  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through regular market

intelligence and customer engagement.

  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept activities in

coordination with the technical team.

  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms in alignment with

company policies.

  • Collaborate with the pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless

solution deployment and post-sales support.

  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to build

brand presence and generate leads.

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market feedback to

leadership.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in AIDC sales (barcode/RFID printers,

scanners, handheld terminals, etc.).

  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding 35 Cr annual

sales targets.

  • Deep understanding of enterprise and industrial customer segments across

India.

  • Strong business acumen, consultative selling, and customer relationship

management skills.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and travel as needed.
