This role requires a proactive thinker with strong negotiation and market-mapping skills, capable of identifying high-value business opportunities and closing them effectively. You will work closely with internal teams and leadership to define and execute strategies that expand our footprint in the FMCG space, especially across our product lines such as Naman Ghee, Cika Ghee, and evolving health-focused SKUs . Key Responsibilities Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities across markets and customer segments. Build and manage a robust pipeline through lead generation, cold outreach, and referrals. Deliver persuasive sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients. Negotiate, close, and convert high-value deals aligned with monthly and quarterly targets. Nurture relationships with key clients and explore upselling/cross-selling opportunities. Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and risks to inform business decisions. Coordinate with internal teams—sales, marketing, and operations—for smooth execution. Represent Jhandewalas Ltd. at trade events, industry forums, and networking meetups. Provide clear reporting on pipeline, conversions, and strategic opportunities. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in business development or B2B sales (FMCG domain preferred). Strong strategic mindset with ability to independently close deals. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Solid understanding of sales funnels, CRM systems, and reporting tools. Self-starter with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
