Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and target-driven AIDC Sales Manager to lead business development and sales growth in the AIDC domain across major metro cities in India. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of selling solutions like barcode scanners, thermal printers, handheld terminals, RFID, mobility solutions, and IoT-enabled devices. The role requires strategic hunting, client acquisition, and account management capabilities, along with the ability to meet annual revenue goals of 35 Cr. Key Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end sales for AIDC products and IoT solutions across enterprise and mid-size clients. Identify and onboard new customers across manufacturing, logistics, retail, pharma, and other relevant sectors. Meet and exceed annual revenue targets of 35 Cr through direct sales and channel partnerships. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through regular market intelligence and customer engagement. Conduct product presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept activities in coordination with the technical team. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms in alignment with company policies. Collaborate with the pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless solution deployment and post-sales support. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to build brand presence and generate leads. Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market feedback to leadership. Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience in AIDC sales (barcode/RFID printers, scanners, handheld terminals, etc.). Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding 35 Cr annual sales targets. Deep understanding of enterprise and industrial customer segments across India. Strong business acumen, consultative selling, and customer relationship management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
