Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue and profit margin goals.
  • Team Management:

  • Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, distributors, and key accounts.
  • Market Analysis:

  • Reporting & Forecasting:

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
