As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales plans, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth in your assigned territory. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics
• Lead and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and productivity
• Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management
• Conduct regular training and development sessions for the sales team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the Food/Beverages industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable insights
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area as needed
