Job Description


  • Sales of the company's products in Vending Solutions / Corporate & HoReCa Segment.
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • To evaluate the needs of potential customers and build relationships with them.
  • Accountable for retention of the existing customers and enhancement in the overall business revenue generated.
  • Achieve Primary, Secondary Sales and distribution targets.
  • Expand Distribution: Achieving Numeric & Weighted distribution targets and ensuring visibility.
  • Team Management - Recruitment, retention and training for team.
  • Infrastructure building - Build and sustain a network of channel partners.
  • Finances - Managing outstanding's and collection for the concerned area.
  • Implementation, review and monitoring of sales systems - Field Assist and MIS reporting etc.
  • Sales Forecasting - Minimizing the variances between forecast and actuals.
  • Overseeing the zone operations related to stock, claims, manpower, infrastructure etc.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
