Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Mumbai. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations within the assigned territory, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with dealers and distributors, and achieving sales targets. The role includes conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction with CARYSIL products.

• Experience in sales management, territory management, and strategic planning
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
• Ability to conduct market research and identify business opportunities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency with sales and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience in the kitchen and home solutions industry is a plus
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
