Job Title: Area Sales Manager (FMCG)
No. of Openings: 3 (Central Kerala, South Kerala, North Kerala)
Experience Required: Minimum 10 years in FMCG Sales

Job Summary:

We are looking for highly experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Managers to drive sales growth, expand distribution, and strengthen our presence across Kerala. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in FMCG sales, team management, promotional activities, and a keen interest in leveraging technology to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the assigned region.
• Manage distributor and retailer networks to ensure continuous business growth.
• Drive sales targets through structured planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand product reach.
• Lead and motivate a team of sales officers/representatives to deliver high performance.
• Plan and execute promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies.
• Analyze regional sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to recommend corrective actions.
• Adopt and promote technological solutions (CRM tools, sales apps, reporting dashboards) to improve efficiency and tracking.
• Build strong relationships with channel partners, key retailers, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in FMCG sales, with proven track record in driving revenue and market expansion.
• Strong distributor/retailer network management experience.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Exposure to promotional and brand-building activities.
• Comfort with technology-driven sales processes and tools.
• Multilingual ability (English, Malayalam, Hindi) preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
