The ideal candidate must have handled B2B/industrial clients and end-to-end project sales cycles in the solar sector. Key Responsibilities: * Generate and manage leads for industrial rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects. * Handle complete sales cycle: inquiry → site visit → proposal → negotiation → closure. * Build strong relationships with industrial clients, EPC partners & consultants. * Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the Lucknow region. * Coordinate with design, technical, and execution teams for accurate proposals. * Track market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities. * Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports. Required Skills & Experience: * 3–5 years of mandatory solar industry experience in industrial/B2B sales. * Strong understanding of solar project components, costing, and ROI. * Excellent communication, negotiation & client-handling skills. * Ability to work independently in a new region and deliver consistent results. * Willingness to travel for client meetings & site visits.
