Area Sales Manager (B2B)

Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Area Sales Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably from the Chemical, Paints, or Textile industry. The role involves managing regional sales operations, developing distributor networks, and achieving sales targets while strengthening market presence. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow sales within the assigned territory/area. Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers. Identify new business opportunities in Chemical, Paints, or Textile segments. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by the company. Conduct market analysis and monitor competitor activities. Plan and execute sales strategies, promotions, and product launches. Coordinate with technical and production teams for customer support. Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables. Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management. Required Qualifications & Experience:Minimum 2 years of experience as an Area Sales Manager or similar role. Preferably from Chemical, Paints, or Textile industry. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Ability to travel within the assigned region. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting tools).
