Area Sales Manager (B2B)

With a state-of-the-art 32,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility and a  production capacity of over 5 lakh units monthly, we are committed to delivering  unmatched quality and performance.  Role: Area Sales Manager  Location: Bharatput, Agra, Karauli , Sawaimadhopur, Hindaun City, Mathura, Dholpur Key Responsibilities:   Drive sales growth within the assigned area by developing and implementing  effective sales strategies.   Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and other  stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.   Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new opportunities and expanding  the customer base.   Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales  approaches.   Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to align strategies and  ensure seamless execution.   Conduct regular market visits and travel within the designated region to engage with  partners and customers.   Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance  and market conditions.  Qualifications:   Proven experience in sales management, preferably in electronics industry.   Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.   Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on results.   Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.   Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.  Salary: 25k - 35k +incentives Job Type: Full Time  Experience: Field sales experience required in any field (B2B sales or B2C Sales),   Contact Details:  Join Velvu Technologies to be a part of a dynamic team and drive growth in the  CCTV surveillance industry.
