Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pan India for a Zonal Sales Manager/Area Sales Manager at Lubricants Company. The candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities within the assigned zone with primary and secondary responsibly, overseeing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets.

Experience

* Experience in Automotive Lubricants and related filed* Sales Management, Sales Strategy, and Sales Target Achievement skills* Team Leadership and Management skills

* Business Development and Customer Relationship Management skills* Excellent communication and negotiation skills* Ability to analyze sales data and market trends

* Experience in the relevant industry is a plus* 5-10 years of experience in sales management with Primary and Secondary Sales

* Must be located in commutable distance to Punjab, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Assam, West Bengal and another state of India* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
