Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Role Overview: As an Area Sales Manager at NDTH Energy, you will be leading the sales team in Noida and Western Uttar Pradesh. Your primary responsibilities will include organizing and distributing targets regionally, monitoring team performance, ensuring target achievement, recruiting and training new team members, identifying new business opportunities, and staying updated on market trends. Additionally, you will be required to analyze the market situation, monitor competitors, and accompany team members on customer visits and product demonstrations.
