The Senior Solution Consultant is responsible for positioning Infor's solution in high-value sales opportunities that drive digital transformation for prospects and customers. As a presales consultant, you will ensure that the Solution Consulting teams and Sales teams are well-equipped to position and demonstrate the solutions effectively. Working closely with Infor's Account Executives, Sales Management, Value Engineering team, ICS Consultants, and Channel Partner teams, you will contribute to sales strategy, deal qualification, solution demonstration, solution design, and proposal preparation. This role requires a dynamic individual who is self-motivated, disciplined, ethical, and results-oriented. You must be able to work unsupervised, demonstrate industry knowledge through impactful value discoveries, respond to RFPs, differentiate Infor's solutions from competitors, and present Infor's Industry Value POV and solution benefits effectively. It is essential to maintain industry, market, and product knowledge, stay updated on competitors" offerings, and provide product training to the partner ecosystem. Minimum qualifications include 6 years of Enterprise ERP experience with a specialization in Finance, experience in Enterprise Software applications/solutions presales across multiple industries, and knowledge of Core Finance, Value Engineering, Office of CFO, and Core ERP Operations. Good leadership, mentoring skills, and experience in solution consulting are also required. Expertise in end-to-end processes analysis, solution alignment, outstanding presentation, and communication skills are key for this role.
