Location: Jaipur (Rajasthan Region)
Head Office: New Delhi

Position Overview

The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will lead sales operations, distributor management, and market expansion across Jaipur and nearby Rajasthan districts. The role requires strong field presence, relationship building, and achievement of sales targets through effective market coverage.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Market Growth

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the Jaipur region.
  • Expand market reach by onboarding new distributors, dealers, and retailers.
  • Conduct daily market visits (10–12 counters per day standard).
  • Develop area-specific sales strategies for Rajasthan markets.
  • Ensure visibility, availability, and promotion of company products.

2. Distributor & Dealer Management

  • Identify and appoint new distributors across Jaipur and nearby districts.
  • Manage distributor performance, stock levels, and secondary sales.
  • Resolve issues related to orders, schemes, pricing, and timely payments.
  • Maintain strong relationships with channel partners.

3. Field Execution

  • Execute beat plans, tour plans, and counter coverage as per target.
  • Conduct retailer visits and product briefings for channel partners.
  • Ensure adherence to credit policies & collection timelines.
  • Coordinate with Delhi Head Office for dispatch and logistics.

4. Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain Daily Sales Report (DSR), weekly updates, and monthly MIS.
  • Share market insights, competitor activities, and sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate with marketing for branding materials and promotional activities.
  • Attend sales meetings/reviews at Head Office (New Delhi) as required.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in field sales (FMCG/Hardware/Bathroom Accessories preferred).
  • Strong market knowledge of Jaipur and Rajasthan territory.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
  • Ability to independently manage distributors and retailers.
  • Strong target orientation and field discipline.
  • Working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, WhatsApp reporting, etc.

Work Structure

  • Work Location: Jaipur (field sales operations)
  • Reporting To: Sales Head / Regional Manager (Delhi HO)
  • Office Coordination: New Delhi Head Office
  • Travel: Extensive within Jaipur and surrounding regions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
