We are a fast-growing solar solutions startup transforming how EPCs (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) companies procure solar components. We deliver high-quality products, reliable supply chains, and a seamless buying experience that accelerates project execution and drives efficiency.

As we scale across India, we are looking for dynamic, customer-focused Area Sales Managers who can convert EPC relationships into long-term business.

Role Overview

The Area Sales Manager will drive regional sales by meeting EPC leads, presenting our solar product portfolio, and onboarding them as recurring buyers. This role requires strong in-person selling skills, relationship management, and the ability to convert high-value opportunities.

The ideal candidate is proactive, target-driven, and comfortable handling ticket sizes of atleast ~ 10-12 lakh.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and convert

    qualified EPC leads

    assigned for your region.
  • Conduct in-person meetings with EPC decision-makers to present our complete solar product and service offering in a compelling, consultative manner.
  • Understand EPC procurement needs, project pipelines, and technical requirements to recommend the right solutions.
  • Drive the

    end-to-end onboarding process

    and ensure EPCs are set up to procure regularly from us.
  • Engage in

    light lead generation

    through networking, market visits, channel interactions, industry events, and referrals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with an average ticket size of ~10 lakh.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, funnel management, and customer data in CRM tools.
  • Work closely with internal teamssupply chain, operations, customer successto ensure seamless fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.
  • Build deep, long-term relationships within the EPC ecosystem in your region.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 2–6 years of field sales experience in

    FMCG, Solar, FMCE/Consumer Electronics, Electricals, or related B2B sectors

    .
  • Proven experience in

    high-value sales conversions

    and managing regional territories.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills for face-to-face meetings.
  • Ability to understand technical products and explain them simply to customers.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment with high ownership.
  • Basic CRM and reporting skills.
