Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, conducting market research, building and maintaining relationships with EPCs,clients, and achieving sales targets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities and delivering presentations to potential customers. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure comprehensive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the assigned region.
  • Manage and expand channel partnerships, including EPCs, dealers, and other stakeholders.
  • Execute on-ground business development activities to generate leads and close sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance using CRM systems and analytics tools.
  • Provide regular market feedback and suggest improvements in sales approach and product offerings.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with a strong customer-centric mindset.

Requirements

:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management within the Solar, MSME, or Business Loan sectors.
  • Strong exposure to channel sales and managing EPCs/dealers.
  • Demonstrated success in a hardcore field sales role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in the solar energy industry is a plus.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Ahmedabad and travel within the region as required.
