• Job Title: Area Store Manager

Job Summary:

The Area Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple store locations within a designated geographic area. This role ensures that each store meets company standards, sales targets, and customer service goals while maintaining operational efficiency and employee productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support multiple store managers to achieve business goals.
• Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, promotions, and procedures across all stores.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and take corrective actions where needed.
• Develop and execute regional strategies to maximize profitability.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess standards, merchandising, and team performance.
• Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and staff to ensure strong leadership at the store level.
• Drive customer satisfaction and resolve high-level customer issues.
• Control budgets, manage expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely inventory replenishment.
• Ensure all stores comply with safety, health, and operational regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in multi-store retail management or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned area.
• Proficient in retail management software, MS Office, and reporting tools.
