Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :



Experience: - 7+ yrs

Location - Chennai

  • Create area sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
  • Achieve business targets of the area for various quarters as well as the financial year
  • Building the AffordPlan brand within the defined hospital network zone
  • Maintaining strong relationships with doctors, and customers.
  • Identify hiring needs, select and train new executives.
  • Preparing sales reports/power point presentations
  • Managing reconciliation with the hospital.

Requirements:

  • Strong sales experience in B2C services, preferably in BFSI, Insurance, Retail, Telecom, or Credit Cards.
  • Analytical skills, particularly in data analysis.
  • Team management experience, preferably with a focus on managing female staff.
  • Retention and attrition control expertise.
