Area Sales Head

As a Franchisee Sales Manager, your role involves managing existing business partners in the assigned region to achieve budgeted numbers in Booking, Billing, and Collection. Your primary responsibility will be to build trust with business partners by providing timely operational support and guidance for business development. You will drive and implement local sales and marketing activities to generate revenue. It is essential to track competitors" activities and make necessary adjustments to counter them effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for channel management and development, as well as franchisee management and revenue generation. Key Responsibilities: - Acquisition and Activation of Franchisees: Prospecting, profiling, scheduling appointments, conducting meetings, needs analysis, pitching, closing deals, processing documentation, obtaining referrals, and lead generation. - Infrastructure Setup for Franchisees: Assisting in setting up infrastructure for franchisees, including branding, marketing collaterals, connectivity, IT and software setup, staff training, documentation, and compliance. - Supporting Enrolments for Franchisees: Accompanying franchisees on client meetings, providing training and knowledge support, and assisting in the acquisition process as needed. - Franchisee Quality & Compliance: Ensuring operational processes are followed, compliance requirements are met, and documentation and certifications are in place to deliver services as per Aptech Standards. Taking necessary actions in cases of delinquency, non-compliance, or any other issues. Qualifications Required: - 2-3 years of experience in franchisee sales - Graduate/MBA - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Team player with self-motivation and result-driven attitude - Strong negotiation skills and passion for sales - Proficiency in regional local language (Mandatory) Please note that the job location for this role is in Pune, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Noida, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Kolkata.,
