Job Description

Role - We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Area Sales Executive - Modern Trade & E-Commerce to drive sales performance across key online and offline modern retail channels. This role will be responsible for managing relationships with E-Commerce platforms and modern trade partners, executing sales, ensuring product availability, and supporting promotional activities to grow market share in the assigned territory. Responsibilities - 1) Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for both eCommerce and Modern Trade channels. 2) Analyze sales data, track KPIs, and prepare reports for internal stakeholders. 3) Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams. 4) Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within the territory. 5) Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior. 6) Develop and manage relationships with large-format retail stores and chain outlets Preferred candidate profile 1) Hands on experience with Microsoft Excel 2) Good experience with handling Ecommerce and Modern Trade retail chains in Pune and Rest of Maharashtra. 3) Post Graduation preferred into Sales & Marketing
