Key Responsibilities

• Engage with US-based clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
• Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions to meet their goals.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships for repeat business.
• Prepare and present sales reports, proposals, and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in US Sales, International Sales, or BPO.
• Excellent English communication skills—both verbal and written.
• Willingness to work in US time zones (night shift).
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player with a positive attitude.
