Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Delhi, India. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing customer relationships, overseeing sales operations, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The individual will also be expected to mentor and guide the sales team to ensure the achievement of the company's sales objectives.

Qualifications

  • Leadership skills with the capability to mentor and motivate a sales team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the chemical industry or related sectors is a plus
  • Willingness to travel as required by the role
