Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Sales Manager located in Delhi, India. The Sr. Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with key clients. The role involves setting and achieving sales targets, preparing reports, and coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management and business development
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Experience working in the chemical industry or related sectors is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
• Willing to travel to 75% of pan-India locations.

Salary Range: 5.5 to 6.5 LPA
