Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of Area Risk Manager at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management and a passion for working in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to minimize potential losses. Conduct thorough analysis of market trends and identify areas of risk exposure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with new product development. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to risk management. Provide expert guidance on risk management best practices to stakeholders. Job Requirements Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in the BFSI industry is preferred. Professional certification or advanced degree in a relevant field is an asset.
