Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of Area Risk Manager at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to minimize potential losses. Conduct thorough analysis of market trends and identify areas of risk exposure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Identify and mitigate risks associated with new product development and implementation. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to risk management. Provide expert guidance on risk management best practices to stakeholders. Job Requirements Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices. Proven track record of successfully managing complex risk projects. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders. Experience working with financial institutions or similar industries is preferred.
