Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Marketing Manager with a strong background in the loan and financial services sector. The ideal candidate should possess 2 to 5 years of proven experience in marketing financial products, especially business loans, personal loans, and other lending services.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to generate leads and promote loan products in the assigned area.

Build and maintain strong relationships with local clients, channel partners, and financial institutions.

Drive brand visibility and market penetration through effective promotional activities.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and potential risks.

Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets in coordination with the sales team.

Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Train and support field staff to enhance marketing effectiveness in the region.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

2 to 5 years of experience specifically in marketing roles within the loan or finance industry.

Strong knowledge of local market dynamics and customer behavior.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
