Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Area Manager located in Bangalore Urban. The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations within the assigned area, managing sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will monitor staff performance, provide training, and develop strategies for business growth. Additionally, the Area Manager will ensure adherence to company policies and maintain a high standard of store presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing daily operations and staff performance
• Strong leadership and training skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to develop and implement business growth strategies
• Knowledge of sales targets and metrics
• Flexibility to work on-site in Bangalore Urban
• Previous experience in the retail industry is a mandate.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
