Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of multiple stores within the assigned area.
• Drive product sales and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
• Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to deliver high performance.
• Create and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and store upkeep.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure high service quality.
• Track sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, operational standards, and store discipline.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in sales, product sales, and store management.
• Strong leadership and team handling skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage operations and meet sales targets.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Experience managing multiple stores or outlets.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations.
