Area Manager

As an Operations Manager at DELCAPER, you will be responsible for managing complete operations in the Ahmedabad Area, overseeing a team of Team Lead- Operations. Your role will involve planning and organizing end-to-end hub operations, participating in setting team goals, and on-boarding, developing, and managing delivery partners in the assigned territory. You will also be responsible for maintaining and monitoring 3PL Delivery Partners, controlling daily operations, and ensuring an evolving customer experience. Additionally, you will drive on-ground operational initiatives, optimize process cycles for improved productivity, and implement corporate interventions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Planning and organizing end-to-end hub operations - Setting team goals and assisting in their achievement - On-boarding, developing, and managing delivery partners - Monitoring and controlling daily operations - Driving on-ground operational initiatives - Evaluating end-to-end SLAs for the region/city - Maintaining audit reports and publishing regular MIS reports - Monitoring live and in-process order dashboards - Ensuring on-time delivery by the delivery personnel To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: Qualification: - Any Graduate Skills: - Experience in managing large-scale logistics operations - Expertise in leading a large team - Monitoring live orders and ensuring on-time delivery - Load transportation and route management - Ability to manage a team of 30-40 delivery personnel - Strong verbal and email communication skills - Good knowledge of Ahmedabad area and Google Maps - Proficiency in MS Excel and Word You will report to the City Head and be based in Ahmedabad.
