Area Manager

As an experienced Manager in Microfinance, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of a designated area. Your main focus will be ensuring that targets are met or exceeded in terms of performance. You will also play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with customers and employees. Providing leadership and guidance to Branch managers and teams will be an essential part of your role. Setting performance expectations and coaching and mentoring employees to achieve their best will also be crucial. Additionally, you will be monitoring financial performance closely, including tracking sales and collection.
