Area Manager - Business Loans - Indirect

Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients for business loans through channel partners/open market sourcing
• Build, retain and maintain strong relationships with Clients/Channel partners to generate business
• Effectively engage with credit, operations & risk team to streamline the loan approval process and enhance customer experience
• Guide clients through the loan application process, addressing any questions or concernsStay updated on market trends, loan products, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clientsConduct follow-ups with clients pre-closure and post-closure to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals
• Collaborate with Collection team to improve recovery process
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
