Key Responsibilities: - Develop a local area business plan including target workshops, coverage, sales target, and activities in collaboration with the Key Account sales team and planning team. - Understand and build relationships with customers, gaining commitment for proposed activities and maintaining good relationships with existing customers. - Coordinate with the Key Account team on workshop activation planning for the responsible area. - Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects in Castrol's Heavy Duty strategic segments. - Handle an updated database of customer and market insights, providing feedback to the company to improve approaches. - Increase profitable growth of Castrol brands in Heavy Duty strategic segments through both direct and indirect sales models. - Collaborate with Distributor sales force in the assigned area to drive Castrol business in Heavy Duty focused segments. Qualifications Required: - Experience in managing global or regional/trans-national key accounts. - Ability to operate at a senior level within customer organizations and manage stakeholders effectively. - Extensive knowledge and experience of the OEM and Franchised dealer environment. - Intimate knowledge of the OEM value chain and the global motor industry. - Bachelor's degree in a sales & marketing related field preferred. - 8+ years of sales & marketing experience. - Good implementation capability and customer management capabilities. - Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with others.
