Area Manager

An Area Manager shall be responsible as a single point of contact to the clients and should ensure the delivery of operations as per Service Level Agreement and produce any details whenever required. This position will report to the Vice President - O&M.

Deliverables:

• To ensure the safety of the entire team during operation and maintenance of utilities.
• To ensure that Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and ensuring the Best Maintenance Practices are being adhered during operations and maintenance of utilities & HVAC equipment.
• To ensure that relevant technical training is imparted to each member of the engineering team with proper documentation.
• Coordination with internal customers for routine maintenance issues by providing feedback to the Engineering Head from time to time.
• Coordination with External vendors & contractors for issues related to facility, utility equipment, and general maintenance works.
• Submission of reports, reviews & ensuring the availability of necessary manpower.

Key Skills:

• Responsible for preparing the daily reports and MIS reports and submitting the same to the client.
• Responsible to keep the facility All time readiness to Audit.
• To ensure the activities like Preventive maintenance and other maintenance works carried out by the team across various sites.

Desired Skills:

• Check whether proper documentation for audits (facility qualification, preventive maintenance, and calibration records) are maintained across various sites.
• Ensure environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards are met & develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all utilities and equipment across various sites.
