Area HR (Talent Acquisition & Talent Management)- Mumbai

As an experienced and dynamic HR Professional at Kogta Financial, your primary responsibility will be to lead Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and HR Business Partner efforts in Pune & Mumbai. You will collaborate with senior management to develop and implement recruitment strategies, source and screen candidates, conduct assessments and interviews, coordinate with departments for interview scheduling, and oversee the entire recruitment process. Additionally, you will maintain a talent pipeline, track recruitment metrics, and analyze trends to optimize recruitment strategies. Your profile should include strong knowledge of HR practices, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are essential to build strong relationships across multiple teams. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems, along with experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring talent through various channels, is required. Candidates from the BFSI industry with knowledge of employee engagement, performance management, and talent development processes will be considered.
