Area Head-Trade

Job Description: As an Area Head-Trade at IDFC FIRST Bank, you will be responsible for driving trade and foreign exchange sales in the assigned area of Chandigarh, India. You must have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in trade and foreign exchange sales, with a strong knowledge of trade finance products and services. Your role will involve developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying potential customers, leading and managing a team, conducting market research, collaborating with other departments, monitoring sales performance, ensuring compliance, and representing the bank at trade events and conferences.
