Role Overview: As an Area Head-Mortgages in the Rural Banking department of Retail Banking, your main job purpose is to grow and nurture the Mortgage Book, ensure portfolio health, focus on New Products, Segments & Channels, and champion serving the underserved. Key Responsibilities: - Effectively manage the team of cluster heads for business growth and maintain above 99.8% collections across products - Drive business growth in both HL & LAP loan products with equal focus on yield - Identify and focus on products and branches that are lagging, and implement strategies to improve their performance - Develop and execute business plans with precision as per organizational expectations - Strategize and plan effectively for each product and branch based on their business and collections performance - Control attrition rates and ensure the development of team members - Focus on increasing market penetration of the products offered - Ensure an increase in market share Secondary Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with the product and process team for continuous improvements - Promote digital adoption within the team and customers - Stay updated on market practices and propose the implementation of best practices - Recruit the best talent to meet business requirements Qualification Required: - Graduation in any field - Post Graduation in any field Additional Details: The ideal candidate for this role should have 6-10 years of experience in the relevant field.,
