Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:
Drive direct walk-ins and lead conversion across assigned centers to meet sales targets.
Sales Performance:
Track center-wise target vs. achievement and implement strategies to improve revenue performance.
Center Oversight:
Supervise operations of 5-6 centers, ensuring smooth functioning and alignment with organizational goals.
Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor center teams, including mentors and support staff, to ensure high engagement and productivity.
Parent Interaction & Escalation Handling:
Address parent concerns/escalations promptly and professionally, maintaining strong relationships.
Communication:
Ensure clear and consistent communication with center staff, aligning them with company values and updates.
Staff Management:
Oversee staffing needs, shift planning, discipline, and general HR coordination at the center level.
