Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education:

  Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) from a recognized university.

• Experience:

  3-4 years of hands-on experience in accounting roles.

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in accounting software, preferably Tally ERP 9.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas).
• Basic understanding of GST and TDS regulations.

• Soft Skills:

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive and eager to learn.
• Integrity and discretion when handling financial information.
