Job Description

As a Sales Manager at our company, your role involves identifying sales opportunities and convincing all stakeholders in the decision chain to sell full solutions. You will be responsible for identifying project leads, converting the opportunity pipeline into a solution sell, and integrating one or several systems. When working with distribution partners, you will collaborate with the distribution sales team to support them in converting opportunities into sales. Additionally, you will participate in negotiating and winning tenders by early specifying our products and building internal logistic capabilities for efficient fulfillment. Building and maintaining effective long-term relationships with key decision makers and influencers at customer accounts will also be a crucial part of your responsibilities. You will be accountable for the results of medium-sized routine support or production operations teams, coordinating and supervising their daily activities, setting priorities, and providing training to team members. Key Responsibilities: - Identify sales opportunities and convince stakeholders in the decision chain - Convert the opportunity pipeline into a solution sell - Collaborate with distribution sales team to support partners - Participate in negotiating and winning tenders - Build and maintain effective relationships with key decision makers - Coordinate and supervise daily activities of support, production, or operations team - Set priorities for the team and provide training to team members Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's/Master's Degree as educational qualification - 8+ years of experience in sales and marketing roles - Problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to motivate and lead the sales team - Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to build relationships, influence, and negotiate effectively - Fluency in English, Hindi, and local language As a Sales Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in identifying and converting sales opportunities while building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
