Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area General Manager, based in Vadodara. The Area General Manager will oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations, ensuring consistent quality and service. Responsibilities include staff management, budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with health and safety regulations. They will also be responsible for driving sales, implementing marketing strategies, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Leadership and staff management skills
• Budgeting, financial reporting, and analytical skills
• Experience in sales and implementing marketing strategies
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Understanding of health and safety regulations
• Organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred

Remuneration better than industry standards, wont be an issue if experience is as per requirement.
