Job Responsibilities:

JD for Admission Area Coordinator


Counselling Admissions

  • Handling the walk-ins, if there are any, in the office
  • Responsible for calling to generate leads & admission conversion.
  • E-Mailers: she/he has to send a thanks email after every new visit, at the same time, when the executive shares the email immediately after the visit is updated in the WhatsApp group.
  • Converting leads into successful admissions.


1. Effective and Timely Follow-ups.

2. Handle Different students' inquiries.Regarding Admission

3. Make calls (100-150), follow-ups & ownership

4. Always Maintain Good Telephone Etiquette.

5. Achieve Weekly, Monthly Targets of Admission

6. Respond to students' inquiries proactively.

7. Provide product and information to students.

8. Route calls to appropriate resources in case of escalation.


Marketing Activities

1 Liaising and Networking with Renowned Schools, Educational Institutions, Coaching Centres, Polytechnics, Colleges, ITI and Tutorials, etc.


2 Delivering motivational lectures / Career Counselling and collecting quality Student Databases.


3 Liaising with the respective District Career Counsellor / Gram Panchayat / Boards of the Respective state for permissions and activities.


4 Responsible for achieving 100 % targets assigned by the head office.


5 Sourcing branding opportunities and placing hoardings at different prominent locations within budgets


6 Responsible for brand visibility and ensuring growth in the number of admissions in each region.


7 Taking care of brochures and all marketing collateral distribution at Board Examination Centres/ Entrance of any Competitive Exams or other relevant Examination centres.


8 Coordination of marketing materials, including leaflets, brochures, posters, flyers, newsletters, and presentations, etc, with the Team Leader.


9 Conducting market research and monitoring competitor activities in respective regions and submitting a critical analysis report to the Head Office.


10 Maintaining and updating the daily progress report in UIMS & weekly plan, and submitting to the immediate reporting officer.


11 Provide regular support in event management.


12 Shoulder all additional responsibilities assigned by the head office from time to time.


Eligibility

1 Candidate should be a Minimum Graduate

2 He/She Should be from Tricity Only

3 The candidate should be geographically aware of Tricity and should have Connections in Schools and Coaching institutes

4 Candidate should be Ready for Field Marketing in and around Chandigarh and Tricity

5 Immediate Joiners needed

6 Candidate should be from the Ed-tech/Education Industry only
