Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team as an Area Collections Manager - Retail MFB - Collections in Kalaburagi, Padmavati Arcade. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collections and retail finance. Roles and Responsibility
Manage and oversee the collections process for timely debt recovery.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve collection efficiency.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and internal teams.
Analyze and resolve complex customer complaints and issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to senior management.

Job
Strong knowledge of banking and financial services, particularly in retail finance and collections.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in managing and leading a team.
Familiarity with industry-standard software and systems.
