Area Collections Manager

As a Collection Manager in the Commercial Vehicle portfolio, your role involves: - Managing a team of Collection Managers to ensure efficient Bkt Collection, w-off recovery, sale of asset, and recovery on Loss on Sale. - Ensuring adequate manpower is available to meet portfolio coverage as per CAPE norms. - Monitoring and ensuring 100% Mobile App usage for quality feedback/trails update. - Focusing specifically on Non starters and revenue collection. - Coordinating with the sales credit underwriting team for portfolio quality management. - Identifying asset deployment opportunities and conducting meetings with delinquent customers. - Initiating legal actions for critical cases and ensuring asset repossession complies with standard operating processes. - Developing strategies to minimize fraud losses and conducting audits of revenue streams to identify risks, implementing corrective measures accordingly. - Ensuring timely deposition of money without any delays. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in Bkt Collection and recovery operations. - Strong leadership skills to manage a team of Collection Managers effectively. - Good understanding of portfolio management and cost control strategies.
