Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team responsible for collection of bad debts from assigned areas (ARD & NPAs).
Oversee recovery operations to minimize delinquency rates and optimize cash flow.
Develop and implement effective strategies for improving collections performance.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and disputes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-8 years of experience in Collection Management, Recovery Management, or related field.
Strong understanding of Npa Management, Team Handling, and Recovery processes.
Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate effectively with customers.
Ability to analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
