As the Area Business Manager for Tanishq, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing the overall business operations in the designated area.Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share for Tanishq in the designated area - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth - Lead and manage a team of sales executives to ensure effective execution of sales strategies and achieve business objectives - Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth - Develop and implement effective marketing and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations - Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business insights to senior management: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business management, preferably in the jewellery industry - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth - Knowledge of the local market and jewellery industry in Cochin, Kerala is preferred - Willingness to travel within the designated area as requiredAdditional Parameters: - Experience in the SMR (South Market Region) is a plus - Knowledge of local languages is preferred - Familiarity with Tanishq's products and brand is an advantageIf you are a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for the jewellery industry, we would love to hear from you.
