Job Description

Sales & Revenue Achievement:

  • Drive and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets for all

stores in the assigned region.

  • Monitor key sales metrics conversion, ATV (Average Transaction Value), footfall

productivity, and category mix.

  • Lead initiatives to maximize business opportunities through campaigns, promotions,

and localized activities.

  • Manage the P& L for your region, ensuring profitability while maintaining operational

efficiency.

• Hiring & Team Management:

  • Support HR in hiring the right manpower for stores — from store managers to front-

end sales staff.

  • Ensure timely onboarding, induction, and training of all new hires in coordination

with HR and Training teams.

  • Build and nurture a performance-driven team culture focused on sales excellence

and customer satisfaction.

  • Identify high performers and prepare them for future leadership roles through

coaching and mentoring.

• Operational Excellence & Tools Management:

  • Ensure all operational SOPs are strictly followed across all stores.
  • Be well-versed in and ensure store teams are proficient with all operational and

digital tools including LSQ, Vooquer, PeakScale, Shopify, QueBuster, etc.

  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance store teams’ understanding and

efficiency in using these applications.

  • Drive operational discipline by ensuring all reports, dashboards, and performance

trackers are maintained accurately and on time.

• Inventory & Stock Management:

  • Act as a strong custodian of store inventory — ensuring 100% accuracy in stock

inward and outward movement.

  • Coordinate with warehouse, factory, and supply chain teams for timely

replenishment and new stock orders.

  • Analyze sales trends and stock performance to forecast inventory needs and

optimize stock availability.

  • Ensure no stock discrepancies and immediate corrective actions in case of variance.

• Training & Development:

  • Partner with the Central Training Team to identify skill gaps and execute training

interventions.

  • Ensure every store team is equipped with strong product knowledge, selling skills,

and service etiquette.

  • Monitor training effectiveness through on-ground performance metrics and

feedback.

• Business Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyze sales performance, conversion data, and customer feedback to identify

trends and insights.

  • Publish detailed business reviews for stores and share actionable recommendations

with leadership.

  • Collaborate with MIS and Business Analyst teams to drive data-backed decision-

making.

• Business Development & Store Launch:

  • Identify new store opportunities, evaluate location potential, and support NSO (New

Store Opening) activities.

  • Oversee project readiness — fixtures, products, staffing, and training before store

launch.

  • Support newly launched stores during the initial stabilization period.

• Cross-functional Coordination:

  • Collaborate effectively with departments like HR, Training, Supply Chain, Projects,

Marketing, and Finance to ensure smooth operations.

  • Act as the key communication channel between stores and head office for issue

resolution and operational execution.

• Customer Experience & Brand Custodianship:

  • Ensure every store reflects brand ethos through grooming, visual merchandising,

and customer service.

  • Handle escalations with a customer-first approach and ensure high NPS (Net

Promoter Score) for the region.

What You’ll Need to Bring to the Table:

• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.

• Deep understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and sales processes.

• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, reporting, and business dashboards.

• Proactive problem solver with ability to coordinate across departments.

• Willingness to travel extensively across cities as per business requirement.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ownership-driven approach.
