Key Roles and Responsibility • Customer Consultation & Sales Conversion • Provide personalized product consultations to walk-in customers and guide them to the right sleep solutions. • Drive high conversion rates, AOV, and contribute to store-level sales targets. • Lead Handling & Follow-ups • Actively engage with assigned leads through the CRM platform. • Ensure timely follow-ups, accurate logging, and proper lead closure. • Store Upkeep & Visual Merchandising • Support the Store Manager in maintaining store hygiene, layout, and display as per brand standards. • Assist in daily checklist execution and audit-readiness. • Customer Feedback & Experience Support • Encourage and assist customers in sharing reviews on Google Business Profile. • Ensure post-purchase engagement and handover to the CE Team if required Basic Requirements • Minimum 1 years of retail experience; experience in the home, lifestyle, or mattress category preferred but not mandatory. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver consultative selling experiences. • Open to travel.
