Area Business Manager - Neurolife - Mumbai

As a Sales Executive at Abbott, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and driving the growth of the business. Your responsibilities will include: - Achieving sales targets assigned to the area, territory-wise, and brand-wise every month. You will be required to prepare a beat plan for your region, allocate targets and inputs accordingly, monitor regularly, and drive secondary sales. - Ensuring the implementation of company strategies in the marketplace. This involves understanding and bringing clarity to various strategies and campaigns, such as CMEs and camps, rolled out from Marketing, and ensuring 100% implementation in your region. You will also be responsible for carrying out promotions and BTL activities in line with the company's objectives and norms. - Launching and nurturing international brands. You will need to direct sales activities to ensure that short and long-range sales volumes and projections are achieved. - Training and developing the knowledge and skills of the TBMs assigned to you to build their competencies. - Profiling towns and customers to improve the productivity of territories. This includes carrying out sales management of Abbott products in the assigned territories and achieving defined sales targets on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis. - Maintaining customer contact to enhance prescription share. Required Experience: - 4-5 years of pharma sales experience, out of which a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role. Required Qualification: - B. Pharm / M. Pharm / M.Sc. would be preferred. MBA/PG Diploma in Sales & Marketing/Business Management would be a plus.,
